International Business Cooperation

H₂ ERA has set up an international business department to introduce and absorb international advanced technologies in the hydrogen energy industry chain through trade and technology cooperation. It aims to actively carry out the trading business and enhance the company’s cash flow.

Specific projects:

1. International trade of new energy for commercial vehicles and pickup trucks
H₂ ERA is negotiating with Heping Chongde (Qingdao) Petroleum Energy Technology Co., Ltd. and Aixin Junan Technology Group Co., Ltd. on the procurement and export business of new energy vehicles (including clean energy vehicles). This business will be entrusted by a wholly-owned subsidiary of Aixin Junan Technology Group Co., Ltd., and the Hongkong and Shanghai Banking Corporation will issue a letter of credit. Using the model of offshore guarantees for onshore loans, this will provide centralized purchase opportunities for new energy and clean energy vehicles that are required by the customers. The related cooperation platform is being formed.

2. International technology transfer and exchange
In order to jointly carry out the project of China-Japan Technology Transfer and Exchange Center, the Company is negotiating with Momiji Company of Japan now.
