At present, our company has signed business and strategic cooperation agreements with Sichuan Energy Investment Group, Chengdu Bus Co., Ltd., Shaanxi Heavy-Duty Automobile Group Co., Ltd., Weichai Power, Tianyi Technology, Houpu Holding Co., Ltd., Shanghai Sunwise New Energy Systems Co., Ltd., Sichuan Guorui, Sichuan Oil Technology, Zhongqing Hydrogen Energy Technology, Hebei, Co., Ltd., Kaiwen Dexun of Shanghai, Beijing Hanqing Technology Co., Ltd., which is the General Agent in China of Hydrogenics, Suzhou Jingli Hydrogen Production Equipment Co., Ltd., and the Shenzhen Branch of China Overseas Holdings Limited. So the whole ecological chain operation layout of the hydrogen energy industry was initially completed, and the business of our company covers seven major sectors, including hydrogen production, vehicles with hydrogen energy, equipment with hydrogen energy, hydrogen energy investment, trade, infrastructure construction with hydrogen energy, and hydrogen energy research institute.

Regarding the matters of technology R & D on ecological chain operation of hydrogen energy and technological achievements transfer, our company maintains a good long-term cooperative relationship with Tsinghua University, Yangtze Delta Region Institute of Tsinghua University, Institute of Tsinghua University of Hebei, Guojie Senior Professor Research Institute of Ministry of Science and Technology, as well as Professor Ai Chunrong, Dean of Institute of Statistics and Big Data of Renmin University of China, and other industry experts such as Mr. Chen Lifeng and Mr. Chen Ruyi, Members of China Hydrogen Energy Standards Committee.

At present, our company has 5 patented technologies authorized by Tsinghua University, 4 self-developed patent technologies, and a number of jointly developed solutions of hydrogen energy technologies. The vehicle with hydrogen compressed natural gas (HCNG), which was jointed developed by our company, Tsinghua University and Chengdu Bus Co., Ltd., was exhibited at the 16th Western China International Fair in 2016. Our company and Chengdu Bus Co., Ltd. established the Shudu Vehicles Research Institute to jointly research and develop the related projects on vehicle with clean energy in 2018. Furthermore, our company signed an agreement on the authorization of HCNG technology with Tsinghua University in February 2018. Our company’s key technology investment in R & D and external cooperation will build a leading technology moat for our company to become China’s leading operator in the industry ecological chain of hydrogen energy, and form a high-quality corporate brand. 

3. Through the application of the “Green Operation Model of the Hydrogen Energy Industry Ecological Chain”, and co-action of government and enterprise, we took the lead in winning the dividend of hydrogen energy industry development in Sichuan, and formed a demonstration effect.

Sichuan is rich in natural gas and hydropower resources and is known as the “Land of Natural Abundance”. Our company worked diligently and conscientiously on the hydrogen energy industry in Sichuan and has been recognized and supported by governments at all levels in Sichuan Province. Our company and Sichuan Energy Investment Group Co., Ltd. jointly established “Sichuan Provincial Hydrogen Energy Technology Co., Ltd.”, which represents the Sichuan Provincial Government to take the lead in fully developing the hydrogen energy industry in the province and undertaking the projects of hydrogen energy and hydrogen industrial infrastructure construction from the government. This company received substantial subsidies from the government, so it has the advantages of lower cost and abundant resources. Sichuan Provincial Hydrogen Energy Technology Co., Ltd. will gradually complete the construction of “Five Projects” in Sichuan Province, namely: a hydrogen energy industrial park, a hydrogen energy industry innovation research center, a development fund for hydrogen energy industry, a demonstration center of hydrogen energy industry, and a whole industry chain operation center with hydrogen energy. This company will focus on building a hydrogen energy industrial cluster based in Sichuan and radiating throughout China, so that Sichuan will become the western hydrogen valley of China.

At the same time, cooperating with Chengdu Bus Co., Ltd., our company has established a joint venture with its shareholders with our company to carry out R & D, production and sales of vehicle with hydrogen compressed natural gas, rotor engine vehicle with pure hydrogen, and vehicle with hydrogen fuel cells, etc. Currently, our company is developing a unique lightweight logistics vehicle with hydrogen fuel.

On the basis of the breakthrough of the “Sichuan Model”, our company will cooperate with partners to replicate the operation model of hydrogen energy industry ecological chain in other parts of the country, focusing on regions rich in hydrogen resources, such as Shandong, Jiangsu, Hubei, Yunnan, Xinjiang, Gansu and Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei by preemptive action, so as to expand the scale of operation, improve brand penetration, and enhance our company’s value.
