R & D, Production and Sales of Hydrogen Energy Equipment

H₂ ERA has established the Hydrogen Energy Equipment Operation Division and cooperated with Tianjin Yuelang Energy Equipment Co., Ltd. to establish a company equipment (OEM) production center. This center covers an area of 30 mu, with more than 9000 workshops. The main business includes the research & development, production, sales and service of the compressors sled, H₂ Re-fueling station control system device, H₂ re-fueling station’s equipment integration and other hydrogen energy equipment. Also this department has been exploring the related business, including piston compressors, special gases, compressor spare parts, plus shipping and service for the spare parts of the hydrogen re-fueling stations, and etc.

1. Sales agent for vehicle hydrogen supply system and equipment of hydrogenation station: the Company signed a cooperation agreement with Shanghai Sunwise New Energy Systems Co., Ltd., a domestic first-class supplier for hydrogen energy equipment, and jointly carried out the integration, marketing and sales of vehicle hydrogen supply system and equipment of hydrogenation station.
2. Production and sales of hydrogen compressor: The Company cooperated with Beijing Tiangao Diaphragm Compressor Co., Ltd., a well-known hydrogen compressor manufacturer in China, jointly produce and sell diaphragm-type hydrogen compressors which are essential in hydrogen production and hydrogenation industries. The Company’s shareholding in Beijing Tiangao is under negotiation.
