Professor Ai Chunrong, a lifetime tenured professor of Warrington College of Business, University of Florida; and Dean of Institute of Statistics and Big Data, Renmin University of China. He is one of the co-shareholders of Jiangsu Provincial Digital Hydrogen Energy Research Institute (under preparation), which belongs to Beijing Hydrogen Era Technology Co., Ltd.

Chen Lifeng, Senior engineer of professor-level; Member of China Hydrogen Energy Standards Committee; Board Chairman of Sichuan Oil Technology; Adjunct Professor of Sichuan University of Science & Engineering. He is one of the drafters of China’s Standard of mixed fuel used for vehicles of hydrogen compressed natural gas (HCNG), and has independently undertaken and completed two projects of National High Technology Research and Development Program of China (863 Program). He is one of the co-shareholders of Jiangsu Provincial Digital Hydrogen Energy Research Institute (under preparation), which belongs to Beijing Hydrogen Era Technology Co., Ltd.

Chen Ruyi, Senior engineer of professor-level; Member of China Hydrogen Energy Standards Committee; and Outstanding Alumni of Department of Power Engineering of Xi’an Jiaotong University. He successively worked in the Research Institute of Beijing First General Machinery Factory and Beijing Tiangao Diaphragm Compressor Co., Ltd., and mainly developed diaphragm compression for nuclear power, large-displacement diaphragm compressor (new product), and 35MPa diaphragm compressor. He has published many professional papers and won the third prize of Science and Technology Progress in Pinggu District of Beijing and the Science and Technology Award of Machinery Industry of China. In 2007, he participated in the 863 Program of Eleventh Five-Year Plan “Key Technologies of Hydrogen Refueling Station and Hydrogenation System”, which is in the advanced energy field of the Ministry of Science and Technology. In 2015, he independently completed the 863 Program of Twelfth Five-Year Plan “90MPa Grade Diaphragm Compressor Technology” , which is in the advanced energy field of the Ministry of Science and Technology. He participated in the construction of several domestic hydrogen refueling stations, including domestic major hydrogen refueling stations, Feichi Lvneng Power, Shenzhen Universiade, Zhengzhou Yutong, Yunfu Station, Nanhai Station, and Dalian Sunrise Power Station (70MPa).

Professor Wang Wenge, Lei Feng Spiritual Successor, Tsinghua University Senior Alumni, Director of Guojie Tsinghua Hydrogen Technology R&D Center, Associate Dean of Hainan Academy of Sciences (Professor), Visiting Professor of Liaoning University of Chemical Technology, Chairman of Shuaiqi New Energy Technology Co., Ltd., China Hydrogen Power expert, inventor. In the field of new energy, new materials and energy conservation and environmental protection, he has 5 invention patents and 19 utility model patents. The invention of “JDQ-I induction motor power saver” won the “China New Technology & New Products Expo Silver Award”. Professor Wang also has been awarded “China Technology Star”, “Shenzhen Science & Technology Achievement Award”, “Hong Kong International New Products & New Technology Expo Gold Award”, and etc.. Meanwhile he won the honorary title of “Outstanding Expert of National Green Low Carbon Management Innovation” and “2011 Top Ten Expert on Low Carbon”. The new Non-Freon & Ultra-low Temperature Refrigeration technology “Laval Air Rotor Engine Technology”, which combines sterilization, disinfection, purification and refrigeration, is a new pure technology of hydrogen engine. Compared with the traditional engine, the hydrogen hybrid engine, the parts of this Hydrogen hybrid engine have been reduced by 1/2, the volume has been reduced by 1/2, and the energy conversion efficiency has been increased by more than 4 times compared with the conventional fuel engine. In 2016, as the representative of Chinese People’s Congress and Chinese People’s Political Consultative Conference. Professor Wang, and Mr. Dong Mingzhu, Chairman of Gree Group, and Liu Chongxi, Executive Director of GCL Xinzhi Transportation, etc., as the guests of the special program “Representative Committee Living Room” of the Guangming Network 2016, analyzed the problems in the Chinese manufacturing industry. Professor Wang Wenge mainly talks about the spirit of craftsmen.

Professor Zhang Weiliang, doctoral tutor, senior alumnus of Tsinghua University, deputy dean of the National Science & Technology Consulting Development Institute of National Outstanding Senior Professors. Professor Zhang has taught at Tsinghua University and Ordnance Engineering College. In September 2005, he served as vice president of Hebei University of Geosciences and has been engaged in education management work for a long time. In 2009 and 2014, he was the first moderator and won the second prize of “National Teaching Achievements” for two consecutive sessions. In 2011, he was approved as an excellent provincial management expert in Hebei Province and a special government allowance recipient in the State Council.
