Chairman of the Board: Mr. Ma Liyang

A Ph.D. student of Business Administration at PBC School of Finance, Tsinghua University; A Ph.D. student of Engineering at School of Environment, Tsinghua University; Master Degree from the School of Economics and Management, Tsinghua University; Bachelor’s Degree with a double major in Department of Vehicle Engineering and in School of Economics and Management; Distinguished Alumni of Tsinghua University.

Mr. Ma Liyang is also the controlling shareholder and Board Chairman of GreenNovo Environmental Technology Co., Ltd., which is a global leading company in the clean utilization of heavy metals and hazardous solid waste recycling.

General Manager: Mr. Liu Changbiao

Doubles as General Manager of Operations Department of Hydrogen Fuel Cell, Mr. Liu is a Ph.D. in Economics, Adjunct Professor of Renmin University of China, External MBA Tutor of Hubei University, Member of Jiusan Society, Board Chairman of Beijing Global Win-Win Technology Co., Ltd.; Supervisor of Zhongan (Shaowu) Gas Technology Consulting Co., Ltd. He has served as a senior executive for several insurance companies. Teaching at Hubei University for ten years in his early years; teaching courses on financial insurance practice for students of MBA in School of Economics and Management of Tsinghua University for three consecutive years. He is a comprehensive strategic management expert who has been involved in the project of hydrogen compressed natural gas for many years and has conducted in-depth and systematic research on the operation of hydrogen fuel cell vehicle.
